dein Interesse an den Menschen kommt wundervoll auch in deinen Skizzen zum Ausdruck. Da ist keine Gleichgültigkeit zu spüren. Und deine Freude an der Freudigkeit der afrikanischen Farben teilt sich dem Betrachter mit.

Yes, I have felt the same way, taking photos. I love seeing people as they just go about their lives and I am also very curious. If I can ask questions I do!

Thank you, Caudia, especially for taking a close look – while I sketch people I alway wonder, who they are and why they are around. Sometimes I wish I had time to just walk around and ask and listen. The interviews are a little result of this…

This picture tells more about life in Nairobi than a thousand words (for each person depicted). Just great and I spent a lot of time examining each person. Very revealing of personality and the universality of how people live their daily lives.
